Reginald Maude Ltd continue to work with Marshall's in 2009 providing on site maintenance at both Halifax sites, helping to ensure that production targets are achieved. Our electrical team work closely with the Site Engineering Manager and Production Manger covering routine plant maintenance, as well as emergency repairs to ensure that plant is kept in optimum condition and that down-time is minimised.

As well as being fully qualified electricians our operatives are also trained on specific site related plant such as PLC Controls, SCADA and Allan Bradley.

  • Hydraulic Systems - Supplies to solenoids and valves, cylinders, and power packs need regular attention to keep them operating at top levels of power and accuracy.
  •   Control Gear - Panel modifications and programme updates are a constant requirement as processes change to meet production needs. Motor Control equipment, contactors/inverters are repaired and programmed as required.
  •  Safety Systems - Fully functioning, safety systems are paramount to ensure the safety of operators at all times and need checking and servicing on a regular basis.
  •  Weighing Equipment - Load cells are an integral part of the monitoring process of product consistency and quality, which impacts on cost control. Due to constant usage calibration is a frequent requirement.
